How do I change my registered e-mail address given to Softwrap™?
If you should need to change your e-mail address or other registration details, this can be done in your Control Panel - Private Account section.

How do my affiliates view their own referred sales of my product online?

Our real-time online reporting system allows your affiliates to view just their own referred sales of your product. Firstly you will need to ensure that the software is correctly tracked for the affiliate. Information on how to implement this can be found here. The next step is to contact your Softwrap representative with your affiliate’s name and details and they will arrange login details which can then be used.

What support does Softwrap offer end-users?
Softwrap is responsible for supporting all licensing and purchasing queries, Technical queries regarding an individual title is the responsibility of the software publisher. Software publishers MAY NOT display Softwrap support telephone numbers on their website but are free to distribute the Softwrap support email address.
