How can I see how many people have purchased my software?
When you become a registered software author you gain access to a private Control Panel - Sales and Account page. All you need to do is access this page and enter your Author Code and Password. The Control Panel will give you access to all your sales in real-time and assist in further marketing to clients who have purchased your Softwrapped software.

How can I see who has purchased my software?
When you become a registered software author you gain access to a private Control Panel - Sales and Account page. To access this page you are required to enter your Author Code and Password. The control panel will also allow you to see who has purchased your software as well as where they are located, their email address and all other contact details including physical address and telephone. These are valuable tools for post purchase marketing campaigns.

How do I change my Author Account details?
Once you have logged into your Control Panel - Sales and Account page, you will be able to change any details that you inserted during the registration process. This includes how you would like to receive payment.

How can I keep the account financial and sales figures secure from the prying eyes of my technical team?
If you require a separate username / password for your technical team to handle the wrapping, please contact your Softwrap representative and one will be arranged for your account.

How is tax charged to my clients both locally and internationally?

An integrated taxation system automatically calculates and adds the required taxation to your sales. This is clearly displayed to your customers during the purchase and well documented in the online control panel.

In order to use this system, you have to follow two simple steps.
1) Log into your online control panel and set the required taxation amount per country where you are planning to sell the software.
2) When wrapping your software, select to “Enable Tax Rules” in the Pricing tab.
