Softwrap™ Limited based on the Isle of Man is a wholly owned subsidiary of WrapTech™ Limited and has been operational since 1997. It has secured substantial backing from some of the largest venture capitalists in Europe and aggressively pursues opportunities in its niche market.

Softwrap employs the services of Wrapper Marketing Limited based for all marketing and sales efforts and Digital Delivery Development Limited to assist in technical developments of the product mix. Both companies are situated in London, UK making them easily accessible for visiting businesses.

Softwrap™ offers two major products for the Windows PC market. A complete E-Commerce solution as well as a Digital Rights Management system that enables the entire buying and selling process of software, services or physical products.

These products can be used independantly or converged into a seamless end-to-end solution for software distribution and sales.

The E-Commerce solution is further split into two modules. A simple transactional service incorporating a variety of fraud prevention techniques and a full shopping cart system which can be created and managed by Softwrap.
